My name is Briër Wyldfyr, paintress.

I am the proprietress of The Blade & Briar. Lovely to meet you.I've been telling stories since about as soon as I could talk. I was crafting the moment someone made the mistake of leaving me sitting between a table and chair legs with a particularly long ribbon. High fantasy is my great love, and I prefer stories of wild adventures and the promise of heroes returning home to their beloveds, the world in a slightly better place than when they left.I might have a slight penchant for chaos.I'm a paintress. I prefer this word over 'painter' on account of it sounding more feminine. You can find me streaming on Twitch where I create Anime-style art by commission. I also have Ko-Fi and Redbubble shops. If you have a particular piece you would be interested in commissioning in my style don't hesitate to reach out so we can discuss details.I am a mythspinner (the same opinion I have regarding 'painter' applies to 'writer'). Fable & Frame is a collaboration between Ryo Pangari and Briër Wyldfyr. Ryo plays through a retro game while Briër speed paints something from that game. It could be a character, a scene, a vibe, whatever comes to mind. Each piece is then entered into a giveaway.

Paint & Prose is a collaboration between AngelWriter428 and Briër Wyldfyr on the last Thursday of every month (starting 2026). Angel will be working on writing several books she has in the pipeline while Briër works through illustrations inspired by the lore, mood, characters, or landscapes of Angel's work.
